Once a month we start preparing 120 breakfasts at 5am and then travel to Tuy Hoa to give them out at the hospital to anyone that needs them. Having been there we know how much difference a small act of kindness can make when you are at your most vulnerable. Sometimes the smallest things can make a difference and thats what our breakfast with a smile is all about.
